RECOVERY
The recovery of vehicles can be entrusted to us by telephone between the hours 8h30am and 8pm , 24 hours a day by email, fax or via the online portal.

INFORMATION COLLECTION
For every vehicle stored at Berpa auto auction we systematically collect detailed informations on the vehicle, we take photos of the vehicle and of the damages facilitating the appraisers in completing their regulations and to supply the state of a vehicle to a potential buyer.
VEHICLE TRANSFERT
Berpa auto auctions is authorized to make the vehicle transfers. By obtaining the adequate documentation, our merchants can peacefully transfer their new vehicle at an SAAQ office.

PURCHASE BY AUCTION
As mentioned in our auctions calendar, every two Tuesdays an auction takes with samplings of more than 300 vehicles.
VEHICLE LIST
The list of vehicles available for the next auction is available one week before the auction on our web site in the section next auction. It is also possible to receive a copy for regular post, fax or email by making the request to our employees. The auction list can be subject to modifications, additions and withdrawal at anytime.
ONLINE PRE-OFFERS
It is possible to make an pre-offer for a vehicle as soon as the list is available on our web site. This online tool allows a buyer to make one offer for a lot by auction if he cannot be present on the day of the auction or the on-line auction via Auction-Express.
AUCTION-EXPRESS
Encan-Express is a platform tool which allows to bid on vehicles the day of the live real-time auction with the floor buyers.
AUCTION SALE
As member of the RCAAQ, you can sell your vehicle at the auction. It is also possible to protect your vehicle by tagging it "by approval only". Certain fees apply.
ONSITE CANTINE
A cantine service is available during the auctions offering a variety of products.
TRANSPORT
Berpa auto auction benefits from a certain notoriety with several carriers throughout the province of Quebec and we can put you in touch with them for your towing and transportation needs.
